Amazing Animals at Central Park Zoo is a NEW program designed for students of all abilities. Together with one of our talented educators, your class will enjoy a multi-sensory program, including movement, engaging with animal artifacts, and meeting a small ambassador animal up close. Programs include a guided zoo exhibit visit. Special Education Programs are adaptable to students of all ages and abilities.

Outdoor Adventures
We’re taking our classroom experiences outdoors! Join us outside for a fun, educator-led Zoo program! All Outdoor Adventure school programs include exhibit exploration and a special animal experience in addition to curriculum-based interactive activities.

Why and how do scientists study animal behavior? Let’s find out by observing animals at the Zoo! Using ethograms to collect and analyze data, students will leave with a better understanding of animal behavior and the tools that scientists use to study wildlife.
