Schedule
Our summer camps run from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM daily until the end of August. Please note, Wild Safari Half Day and Zoo Fledglings Mini Camp: morning session and afternoon session have different schedules.
*Wild Safari Half Day: 9:00am-1:00pm, Zoo Fledglings Mini Camp: morning session: 10am-11am and Zoo Fledglings Mini Camp: afternoon session: 1:30pm-2:30pm. All camps run 5 days per week with the exception of June 15th week, when camps run Mon to Thurs.

Camp Pricing
$280 members / $312 regular (Zoo Fledglings toddler camp)
$580 members / $646 regular (4-day camp)*
$585 members / $650 regular (5-day half day camp)

*Prorated price the week of June 15 - June 18 only & for half-day camps
Booking Tips:
- If you attended camp last summer, update your family and camper(s) profile in the Parent Dashboard or create a New Family Profile now so you’ll be set when registration opens.
- Enter the camper's date of birth and select the correct grade. This ensures that only summer camps appropriate for their age/grade level are available for purchase.
- You cannot edit once you move onto the next step in registration.
- If you entered the incorrect camper DOB and/or grade, please email cpzeducation@wcs.org.
- Sessions are expected to fill quickly, so be sure to plan ahead and have backup camp dates and sessions ready.
- WCS Members, please have your membership ID# ready. Entering it will unlock access to exclusive membership pricing.

Zoo Fledglings Mini Camp - Our Summer Zoo-cation
Join us on an around-the-world adventure right here at the Zoo! Discover a variety of habitats and their animal representatives in this hands-on, interactive 1 hour camp for toddlers and their caregivers. Up-close animal encounters, art experiences, hands-on investigations, and zoo exploration are part of this week-long experience.

KindeZoo - Animal Senses
Are you ready to test your own Animal Sense? From super sniffers to hyper-hearing, campers will investigate adaptations like these through hands-on exploration, scientific investigations, and up-close animal encounters every day!

Fancy yourself a detective? The Zoo needs your help solving a puzzling mystery! Campers will participate in hands-on activities, scientific investigations, and animal encounters while working out this who-dun-it mystery!

Zoo Explorer - ZooMazing Race
Across the globe, animals and humans share some extreme homes! We’ll race around the world to visit these unique habitats and investigate wild interactions through clue investigation, hands-on activities, and up-close encounters. As we trek through the jungle and brave the freezing cold, we’ll discover how humans can help animals, and learn from them, too!

Interested in a career in wildlife conservation? Put your skills to the test during this hands-on, interactive week exploring the role of zoos in the city and around the world. See what it takes to work in the field of conservation as we spend time getting up close to animals, meeting zookeepers, and learning about global conservation efforts and projects.

Campers will spend plenty of time outdoors during a range of weather conditions, including heat, humidity, and precipitation, as well as travel over uneven, natural surfaces.
